License
System Techs grants you non-exclusive limited license to use our themes (CSS, custom theme images and/or graphics) and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").

Limited Use Granted
You may use each individual product purchased on as many websites as needed.

Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your or your client's purposes.

Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from System Techs.

Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from System Techs.

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of System Techs. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to System Techs on the template/website. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped/downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the template demos if any before purchasing.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
System Techs reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time with no prior notice.
